Questions about plans and billing

When do I pay?

When you create your store. You choose a plan, verify your email and pay for the first month or year; your store and dashboard open as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What if I switch between monthly and yearly?

The change starts when your current billing period ends. You won't be charged twice or lose any time you've already paid for.

What counts towards my plan's limits?

Active products, staff accounts and orders placed this calendar month. Archived products and deactivated staff don't count.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on every plan. Add it in your dashboard, copy the DNS records we show you into your domain provider, and your store goes live on it once they're detected.
